The LifeSMART Leavers' Fellowship Program is a comprehensive program focused on critical life, career skills and market skills, aiming to empower young adults aged 17-21. This initiative incorporates five elements of practical, experiential learning to ensure that high school graduates are well-prepared to navigate the challenges of adulthood and succeed in their chosen paths.

The LifeSMART "Get Started!" Masterclass comes FREE for all High School Leavers and a pre-requisite for all those applying for the fellowship program!
In this Masterclass, you will understand the meaning of living a life of consequence, deliberate in life planning and you will join a community of engaged LifeSMART alumni who are on the same mission as YOU, to chart a path of deliberate growth for overall life success!

This program is for you if you are ready to embark on a self discovery journey that will build your confidence in everyday decision making, to clarify the areas you most resonate with as you consider a career path. You will discover what the world needs and what you closely resonate with.

You will firm up your short and long term goals.
You will connect with peers and start building a network of friends outside school!

The LifeSMART Elite Fellows Program
This ELITE program covers immerses the fellows in 5 critical areas:
Module 1 : A self discovery journey
Module 2 : A Leadership Immersion - from self awareness to mastering critical foundational leadership skills
Module 3 : Entrepreneurial Leadership through building ready to start innovative businesses
Module 4 : Mastering Money through the use of real market simulations
Module 5 : Complete a global virtual internship experience
In addition to that the fellows will be exposed to:
- Mentoring sessions with industry leaders
- Coaching (Individual and group)
- Networking with peers, mentors and coaches
- Deliberate sessions to build their social capital!

How you will learn:

Duration: 5 months
The LifeSMART Elite Fellowship Program is for you if you are ready to commit to the full experience working closely with peers, our lead coaches and mentors from industry in real life projects and with real life companies!

REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 'B-' or equivalent in High School (Across ALL Curriculums)

Must demonstrate that they have participated in extra curricular activities - May include sports, leadership roles, clubs, learning outside of the normal academics, community work, church work etc

Write a short personal statement that states why you should be selected for this program and responding to the question "If I could fix one thing in this world, it would be……" Max 150 words.
Fees: Kes 12,500pm
(Partial Scholarship Available)
5 month program. Fees exclude outside activity & graduation fees.

Entry Criteria
To ensure that participants in the LifeSMART program are well-suited for the experience and can derive maximum benefits, consider the following entry criteria.
High school graduates aged 17-21 are eligible to apply for the LifeSMART program. This specific age range is chosen to target young adults who are in a transitional phase after completing high school and are seeking direction for their future.
By incorporating these entry criteria, LifeSMART can attract participants who are motivated, prepared for experiential learning, and have the potential to thrive in the program's holistic approach to personal and professional development.
How to Apply for the Elite Fellows Program

Evaluation Process for Elite Program Fellows
Applications will be carefully reviewed, and eligible candidates will be invited for interviews.
