A teen's LifeSMART Journey
Her LifeSMART Journey ... From age 10, now an emerging adult!
Over the age of 10, Linda adopted a learning path that ran parallel to the usual schooling academic journey. 2-5 hours a week with LifeSMART have not only increased her confidence in everyday decision making, transformed her thinking and increased her understanding of how real life and industry works while connecting her to a wide network of peers on the same journey both Kenya and globally.
Get started with our "TeenSMARTS" module!
This module is recommended for ALL teens in their first and second years of high school.

A valid annual membership unlocks the TeenSMART Module, a virtual Teen Masterclasses, an annual career exploration week and learning material throughout the academic year.

Throughout each module, our coaches work with the teen through a series of readings, discussions and reflective writing.

LifeSMART Modules
We offer 8 skill-building modules for teens throughout their high school years.
Learning is experiential or project based to ensure that the teens apply core skills that include critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration and creativity.
The outcome from each modules relates directly to real life application.

MODULE 1:
TEENSMARTS
At the end of this module, the learner understands that they can create the life they want through small, positive and consistent steps that compound over time to make tangible changes in their lives.
MODULE 2:
MONEYSMARTS
The learner will gain an understanding of the money cycle - Earn, Spend, Save, Invest, Protect.
MODULE 3:
BIZ SMARTS
From an idea to appreciating various business models. The learner will explore the core components of a business through a practical simulation of a business idea.
MODULE 4:
CAREER SMARTS
A 4 month virtual global internship program with teen peers from around the world solving a real business challenge for a real global company. A perfect way to integrate academic study and work in the real world.*The placement to this Capstone Module is internationally competitive.​
MODULE 5:
INVEST SMARTS
Equipped with knowledge and an online real-time stock price simulator, the participant will be able to articulate a winning investment strategies to a real life investor. The teen will compete with global teens on a real life invest advisory case!
MODULE 6:
LEAD SMARTS
You cannot lead others before mastering how to lead yourself. Here, the learner understands where they are, where they are going and how they will get there through a series of group coaching sessions, readings and video content.
MODULE 7:
SERVICE SMARTS
This experience gets the learners to come together in one commitment to drive impact through a community service project.
MODULE 8:
SPEAK SMARTS
This public speaking course will teach your teen how to develop and share messages/ideas with an audience and drive the audience to the desired action.
